No. Without further action from the counties EO20-70 shut down the beaches. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but without action by local authorities, that order did shut down beaches. It’s a really stupid thing to be so worried about. I apologize for bringing it up. My entire point was trump and Ron did the right thing by leaving things to local authorities.
