I don't need a new yorker to explain somewhere I've lived for over 40 years, in case Floridians haven't made that abundantly clear by now.
I love when stupid simpletons don't look at location. I have lived in Jacksonville for 13 years and i am not from New Yor.k.

Jacksonville has gotten dramatically better as a metro area in the last decade,
No, it hasn't. We've just gone deeper into financing our football team and its owner's ambitions. Wayne Weaver didn't hold us hostage like the khan man, but you weren't here for that.
So, you don't think Jacksonville's metro area is btter than it was 10 years ago? Every single metric that exists says you are wrong, but whatever.

Superdome is probably 10 years or less from not being a viable NFL stadium (in their eyes re revenue) unless something changes

It was important enough to you to use it as your ID here

I absolutely do not. I'd take pre 95 Jacksonville in heartbeat.

I'm intrigued by these metrics and how the jaguars are responsible for them.
