Why are you worried about overloading it? 22kW is a lot of juice and your largest load is your HVAC and only surges the generator on startup. Otherwise the generator will run just fine with load on it and you shouldn't have to change your day to day habits.
As others have said, just check oil level every 24-48 hours after a cooldown and top off if needed. Then change oil and filter every 100 hours.
These newer aircooled units are purposely designed to keep the motor cool with the amount of air being pulled through the enclosure. Just note that the grass on the exhaust side of the generator will get torched. It's advised to have it on concrete or have a heat shield in place.

All of this. Generac is an entry level generator and mine performed just fine during Ida. The only people that had problems tried to run them 24/7 without any maintenance
