Assuming Trump mislabeled an expense, deliberately or on advice from his lawyer or for whatever reason, isn't this Trump's own business journal
What crime was he covering as the agreement with Stormy was perfectly legal? Who was he hiding the correct entry from?

It appears any self employed businessman can manage his books any way he pleases as long as he is not violating a tax law upon filing. For instance if a company owner ordered shirts with company logos for all 200 of his employees and recorded them as promotional items rather than uniforms he would not be subject to prosecution. How is this not the same thing Trump did?

Looking for the board's attorneys to weigh in and explain.

Nullem Crimen is Latin for No Crime.

But I am not an attorney.

Their argument is of this story came out Trump would have lost the election.

The man who

Was caught saying grab them by the pussy
Had 50 women say he SA them
Was said to be supported by White supremacist

Would have lost the election for consensual sex and cheating on his wife

When he was known for the past 45 years for being a womanizer but this one would of did according to NY

That isn't even the important question. The statue of limitations have expired on that. The question is what underlining crime is he being charged with that turns an expired misdemeanor into a felony? We are in week three of a criminal trial and the prosecutors have refused to identify what law or statute he is being accused of violating.

How do you not petition scotus at this point for an

My thought was they were claiming some sort of FEC violation based on the indirect payment to Daniels from Cohen that was later repaid to Cohen from Trump, but if they haven’t cited the code or violation, that’s a problem.

I’ve tried keeping up with it, but they keep changing their reporting or moving the goalposts so much that I can’t.

For the record, it’s a witch-hunt.

The only victim I've heard about in bidens campaign to trash Trump is..... Drum roll, Ashley Biden getting molested in the shower by dear old dad.

Why, don’t you know it’s a crime to limit the reach of someone’s lies about you when you’re running for president as a republican? If anyone wants to lie and claim you slept with them to damage your family and campaign, you have to let the whole world know that you are trying to prevent those lies from being made public.

I’m pretty sure Trump didn’t mislabel anything. If anyone mislabeled anything, it was Cohen.
