He is Captain Checkdown for a reason, so I guess start with him having the confidence to put the ball downfield into tighter windows.
But, a lot of his issues in NO could be attributed to Carmichael being atrocious as an OC. Even Jameis wasn't slinging it around under him, and he's a guy that doesn't mind gripping and ripping it. Hopefully Kubiak sees something and can make it work.
