I hope this is true and continues to fall. I have never understand the use of drugs. Never. I don't get it. I don't understand the appeal to start.
I had a cousin in his 20s dealing with the depression and got into it after his girlfriend tragically died (he was driving her on some backwoods in TN and a drunk driver hit him - he got hurt, she got killed). He couldn't cope. Went to Oxford, MS where I lived at the time to the drug and rehab....spent over $25k between there and the midway house in OR only to come home and be found ODd one morning.
Addiction is a real thing and it is awful. I am very opposed to the legalization of drugs in any form and hope this is something that maintains its spotlight as a fix government needs to help our citizens on.

It is and unfortunately alcohol kills more people than all the other drugs combined on a yearly basis but that never gets any love.
