Obama for sure. Hated him and his policies, but he was a master orator even when speaking off the cuff.

I disagree. I always felt his tone was condescending. Because it was. Having said that, I could see how other people would like his style. Maybe my beef had more to do with his speech writers talking down to people than Obama's delivery;

Barry Soetero could not speak without a teleprompter. That was well known. Here is a link to a C-SPAN example. If you need more, there are hundreds.

Nah, dude sucks at public speaking. His staccato pace annoys the frick out of me as does his finger wagging professorial approach.

Also, he was really bad off the cuff.
