In general, I agree with you, but if trump can not take the bait and speak to the people of this country, acknowledge the bias in the questions he is receiving compared to his opponent, and focus on the issues and problems that every day people encounter, he would come out of it looking like someone that understands the issues.

The key is not to have a 2020 or even 2016 type performance. 2016 was great at the time because it was new and counter culture. 2020 all everyone thought about was covid. 2024 needs to be about how poorly the economy has turned out for individual Americans, the crisis at the border, and weakness on the global stage that is leading to conflict all over the world.
