Not sure about Texas but LA state law is that, if the vehicle is capable of moving, it has to be moved off the road.

One day I want to see this exact scenario happen but the guy jumps out of his vehicle with a AR and two 30 round mags and just lays waste to a block full of tax dollar vacuums.

It would have been pretty cool if he hurried up and put his truck in reverse... Grabbed a double barreled shot gun, got low out his truck and low walking to the back and ran up on that frick and put the barrels in his mouth. Get him to throw his gun so he couldn't reach it.. Tell him today is the day he will meet his maker and if he has any last words..
Then grab his gun so he can get it, then get back in the truck and take off, but that would be stupid because first, you don't know who else around has a gun, then you don't pull again if you don't expect to shoot, but the idea of scaring the shite out of him is funny.
