Day trip to Natchez

I live about an hour from Natchez and I was thinking of bringing the wife there for a day. Bored of the same old stuff locally, so going somewhere different. Looking for a good restaurant, antique stores, etc. TIA

If just casual,
Pig Out Inn BBQ
Wardo’s Po Boys
The Little Easy, breakfast and sandwiches
Natchez Brewing Company, Pizza, calzones, micro brewery
Fat Mama’s Tamales (if you like tamales but my last choice of these)
Pearl Street Pasta
Biscuits and Blues ( I think this is still open)
Frankies on Main (I’ve never been there and its fairly new)
All the above are downtown.
If more fancy, Dunleith has the Castle which is very nice.
Not sure of any current antique stores. There may be one downtown but not sure anymore.
Lots of houses to tour. Longwood is my favorite.

Pretty much all covered above.
I would recommend the Castle Pub at Dunleith as opposed to the upstairs restaurant. Great atmosphere down there.
The pub along with Pearl Street are probably my favorite there.

Most of it’s been covered, but there’s the Camp under the hill for a sort of sports bar environment. Magnolia Grill is is also under the hill and imo has the best seafood in town. The antique stores are mainly on Franklin Street while the more modern shops/boutiques are on Main.

You could also walk along the bluffs overlooking the river. It is a beautiful walk.

These are a little ways from Natchez, but the Windsor Ruins are a nice stop. The last time I went the front side is fenced off, but you could access them on the back side.
Near the Windsor Ruins is a great place for lunch called the old country store in Lorman. It’s a buffet and the food is excellent.
As far as Natchez the coolest thing I’ve done there is tour Longwood.

I would add Natchez coffee company for breakfast/brunch.
Pearl St. Pasta, Wardo's, the Camp, Natchez Brewery Company, and Frankies are my top suggestions.
Frankie's is a really aesthetic restaurant. They modeled it after the Columns hotel in New Orleans.
I would suggest going to one of the many Darby's downtown and walking around.
Also St. Mary's basilica is a beautiful Catholic church if yall are into that. Truly a spectacular church.
