how is such blatant unconstitutional interpretations of laws allowed to exist? In a JUST world like “Palestine” this judge would be stoned to death for such a ruling.

Congress rubber stamps most of the confirmations and never exercises oversight or deals with the breakdown in the judiciary - because they have all joined the same team.
