Mind you, the COMPLETE AND UNALTERED transcript of the interview has allegedly been produced to Congress, so this is a spurious claim if this true.

I don't know how a legal document from an investigation into possible criminal negligence could be considered executive privilege, especially when it regards actions that happened before the man was President.

Nixon claimed privilege on the recording system at the WH as personal property and was denied.
This is an argument which shouldn’t hold up at court but is calculated by Team Biden to hold up the tapes until they are no longer dangerous to them.

Seems to run contrary to Biden's waiving of privilege as to Trump to facilitate the non-existent Lawfare activities

Essentially to gut House committee's efforts to hold Garland in contempt (the claim of privilege was at Garland's request).
