Explain how exactly it’s inadmissible hearsay when he was Cohen’s attorney and Cohen told him directly?

And Cohen’s AC privilege was revoked because of actions he took while Costello was his attorney, so he can’t hide behind that as a way to block it.

Costello's congressional testimony transcript is hearsay in Trump's trial. Costello would need to be present to testify or fall into a hearsay exception, which I do not believe he does.
