The comment I responded to mentioned both the transcript and his live testimony being disallowed.

Which is why I said that the transcript would be properly inadmissible, but the live testimony would be a different story.

Didn't Cohen just say Costello was not his lawyer on the stand? Seems like if costello has records of any correspondence then Trumps team should take advantage of that.
