It will be a re-run from the State of the Union address. Plus all the "rules" Biden demands.
Idk if Trump will actually speak on policy or poke at Biden and get him to blow up. Whichever happens, Trump will win. Biden is complete mush. I'll be surprised if this actually happens...... I think he'll withdraw or have a medical "emergency" and NOT be the Dems nominee.
