Politics aside, what's the boards opinion on Black Rifle Company? I seem to enjoy it, but a lot of people I talk to hate it.

I'm a member of the ECS, I dig it...I haven't had their normal roasts in a long time.

Mass distributed coffee will always get a knock when better local options are available.

BRCC admittedly has a following based on what people think they are buying, and having been to the main one in Salt Lake as they were just beginning, its fun to support those guys..

but its still a business and the business is to sell coffee to people who think they are boycotting the other places

Dusty burnt tasting coffee. I was disappointed when I bought some a few years ago. I bought a sample pack with different roasts, and I was not a fan of any. They weren't bad, but they weren't worth buying again.

I've been buying online from Orleans Coffee Exchange for along time now, and I highly recommend them. Their chicory is awesome as are their fair trades. Some of their blends aren't too good, but I really enjoy most of their stuff I've tried.

Community colleges can be good for some people, I guess.

I think they have the following that they do because of their marketing. I don't get it. When I read the package I'm wondering WTF it means when they say that the coffee tastes like the Declaration of Indepence.

Because it tastes like it’s been in the pot since 1776

I don't hate it, just like I don't hate any other military/conservative themed coffee companies. But they're predominately grocery-store quality mass produced and old-roasted coffees seeking local and fresh roaster prices.

I have no problem with entities like that trying to compete with very ideologically-different mainstream companies, but I just wish more would focus on developing a high quality product they can deliver efficiently as their first priority and then move on to ideology/marketing.

I think they said they supported gun control or mandatory vax or something like that for us plebs so I’ll never support them
