Like I said, plenty of places had these sort of laws on the books previously (Louisiana, I know made exceptions for Halloween and Mardi Gras
) and I don't know if they ever faced constitutional challenges, but they were still there as far as I'm aware. I'm not offering an opinion on them either way, but I don't know that they are explicitly "unconstitutional" either.

Unless you can prove the people here that are “skyscreaming” about this law also did the rest of what you stated, then you’re trying to create an enemy that you don’t know exists.
Basically…..you’re the one that’s sky screaming.
