It should have occurred as soon as the guilty verdict was delivered. Frig Abbott and his desire to be named VP.

Not the biggest Abbott fan, but the timing wasn't on him. I believe he did come out early on saying he would patdin him. Timing was on the parole board. Don't know why it took so long for them, but seems Abbott did it as soon as they gave the green light.
