When NFL players rape, or beat their wives the public and media always respond pretty fricking negatively. So what he’s presenting as a double standard, and you are apparently agree with, doesn’t exist.
SFP if you ever wonder why people are worried about you, it’s bc you sound like this guy nowadays.

People will forget Harrison Butker's name by Saturday night and he will be kicking for the Chiefs in September. He's too valuable as a kicker and Reid is all about winning.
NFL won't do anything to him over this either. Sure they may distance themselves, but it will be something like, " We don't agree with him" and that's it.

The league should have no answer about this. They have players that beat their wives/girlfriends collecting 20+ mil a year.

The NFL released no statement on Rashee Rice. They didn't come out and say his behavior was bad, or that they don't agree with this behavior. Or that it's morally bad in any way.
So they must support it. Right? That's the eay this works?
"Well, first, we allow the legal process to move through," he told ESPN's Mike Greenberg (h/t Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk). "We obviously are following it closely, and as soon as they're done with the process, we will be engaged and prepared to look at that under all of our Personal Conduct Policies."
That's the best we got.

The nfl has security and fixers that try to fix probs. Remember how Peyton manning story with peds just disappeared. They cover up everything they can for players

Come on Road, you know that what Sorbo is saying is bullshite. Got people like Fatboy thinking Butker’s rights are being infringed. It’s a crock.
So, since nearly everyone on this thread thinks you are an insensitive douche, "perhaps" if someone among us posts your address for all to see, will you still think the reaction was a "crock"? Keep talking this garbage and karma just might land on your doorstep. And then you'll be wondering where all those sympathetic people were. Wow, what a lack of self awareness.

The sad thing is his ratio destruction of 350+ will have zero bearing on his mentality concerning his desperate cope post.

He’s all up in this football player thread because he can relate to wearing the helmet. Sure in his case he wears it pretty much 24/7/365, but he self id’s as a player.

Victimhood?
No. I expect the radical left to loose their shite and criticize good people. Miserable rats want others to be miserable with them. They want to tear down traditional values and destroy anything good.
Recognizing that isn’t playing the victim. frick anyone that wants to tear him down. I don’t participate in twitter battles but if I did that would be my response. frick you for trying to destroy a good man. frick every single one of them.
They aren’t just sharing an opinion of disagreement. That’s not how they operate. You know this.

Agreed. He just needs to stay the course and the loons will stop with their nonsense plain ole criticisms sanely explaining why they disagree with him.
The Rolling Stone story about his antisemitism is hilarious in the face of their silence on the Hamas lover protests.
Hypocrites. Every single one of them.

They absolutely killed Ray Rice's career because of it. Would you have rathered an additional "strongly worded statement" in addition to them effectively giving his career the death penalty.....just to make you feel better? I personally can't think of a better statement than that.
Butker will be just fine and will be kicking in the Fall. The only way he isn't is if he gets hurt in training camp or he starts missing field goals and PATs

Yep. Career Death Penalty. Aside from the 3.85 million that he collected as part of a settlement because of the CBA that was in place the NFL washed their hands of him.

What a moronic take. His implication is that NFL players are not criticized for the bad behaviors they engage in, which absolutely not true. Guys like Sorbo just shovel out the shite for morons to eat. Enjoy your meal.

terrible take because the NFL draws the line when a player beats their wife, drives drunk and does hard drugs. he implies there are no consequences. he's just another idiot who this board will eat his arse.
A terrible take... because you're a douche bag.
