This conservative city has a Democratic State Senator and a Democratic Congressman. Additionally, the county where Norfolk is located voted for Biden at an almost 70% rate. And I'm guessing these "Republicans" are the kind who think Mitt Romney is a viable candidate.

Well, there’s a difference between a conservative town and a conservative county. It’s even worse if the migrants were sent to a tiny conservative town in an otherwise liberal county.

They are also represented by a Republican in the Massachusetts House...
