Help me out on this, I don't know the legalities or limits to NIL
In the simplest of terms, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) is a term that describes the means through which college athletes are allowed to receive financial compensation. NIL refers to the use of an athlete’s name, image, and likeness through marketing and promotional endeavors.
My question: Is it legal or acceptable for a certain group, like co owners of a business, or family members of an existing team player, to offer NIL money to another player, that would improve the chances for success, to the original player?
