Not as long as the people that perpetrate this crap are still upright.

Progs are scheming, devious in intent, and almost always aligned in purpose but I’ve never seen it demonstrated that they are competent.

They are great at grabbing power but failure after failure usually results once they have it.

I thought I read (and this could be wrong) that if Fulton has to punt on this then it goes to either DeKalb or Cobb County? DeKalb wouldn't be any better than Fulton and if you look at the makeup of Cobb County government there's a lot of Democrats there now in various positions.

Free Colton Moore!!!

He was 1000% correct from his 1st. day on the Georgia floor. He was censored and exiled by Kemp and the Georgia swamp Republicans for telling the truth.

Georgia is a national laughing stock, because of Kemp and Fulton County.

The political talk board is mostly Libs? I only peruse at random but this seems very far from the truth

What does that matter when the entire case was bogus as frick to begin with?

Pretty much.

The case is shite, a number of charges have already been dismissed, and any new office taking on the case would have to bring themselves up to speed in order to try it.

I don’t see any office being assigned the case wanting to proceed, even if the Dems lean on them to do so.

Still holding out hope!

The case will not have a prayer of coming to trial before the election. Since it’s political, and that’s the main driver of the reason for it to begin with…. the case will probably just fade away.

The crime and decay in all of the deep blue cities proves that along with the absurd double standard infesting our judicial system.

I don't really care about this case. It's a loser overall in a fair set up . Getting all excited about removing Willis or her boyfriend though could be Pyrric. What if the case goes to Cobb or Gwinnett. Cobb is not exactly friendly territory in terms of support for Trump. Minor procedural wis like this are akin to pissing in the wind. Do I want to be shat on tomorrow or next month in a nicer venue?

Either way you are getting shat on

Not sure how you got that from my post? I've said from day one the Georgia thing was maybe the weakest and pointless of all the cases. Doesn't mean it can't/won't be transferred to another county. DeKalb would absolutely try and keep it going. Cobb would be 50/50 that place is ate up with Dems now.
