I'm more nervous than cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

I wouldn’t say those games went well, necessarily. The bats were subpar, again, and we used some pitchers we were trying not to.
Today is basically playoff baseball and we need some things to break our way that mostly haven’t all year, especially in games 3s. Like a shutdown 6 inning performance from someone not named Homan/Jump/Herring, or getting multiple hits with RISP.

Even more importantly, I hope this isn’t Lyn’s last call. A few years ago he said in an interview he was probably going to retire in 2022; glad he’s changed his mind so far.
