Flying a helicopter in dense fog over mountains is OK, but buying insurance in case you crash is prohibited because of uncertainty and gambling.

They may have found it? Are there other helicopter crash sites out there they don’t know about that they could stumble on? I mean, it seems pretty cut and dry. They found it or they didn’t.
