I've got Hooters in West Monroe, Siegen, and Denham Springs throwing it up tomorrow. Bossier and College do not have signs. Metairie and Westbank will be contacted tomorrow. Lafayette's GM is a damn Duke fan and will be a fight to get him to do it.

Actually LSU is pushing him, it may not be billboards and 100 ft signs, but they are posting his stats and accomplishments on the website and they put a 2 page ad for him in the program. It is slow moving, but more than they have done for others we thought might have had a shot. There needs to be more done, but with the attention he has been getting I think there will be.

Probably, but that's not really the point. I just figured, given the mindset of the NCAA this year, that it might be a good idea for one of these business owners to call the athletic department and make sure it wouldn't be a problem in terms of Peterson's eligibility.

In no way, shape, or form can a PP7 For Heisman sign violate his eligibility. He is not being compensated in any way for the signs. The businesses are no profiting from him.
It is a far bigger eligibility issue when Joe Blow at Burger Shack gives him a free medium order of french fries when he recognizes PP.
