He was out hustled, muscled, & outplayed by a couple of 6'-3" guys. They were able to only double team him when he got the ball in the paint & really shut him down. He had 15 points but at least 6 were from the line. He was very un-involved in rebounding, maybe had 5 all night. Really played soft last night,. Scouting report was he could be soft, right on last night.
STM also played Wednesday night so fatigue was same for both teams.

Good job judging a kid off of one game....

Let's get real, Epps IS Tioga. I'm sure he was a lot more fatigued individually than an entire team. STM is the ultimate fundamentally sound team, whereas Epps has to do most for his team. It's completely different.

He's really athletic and long, typical Johnny Jones type of player.

Whether he turns out like John Odo or Tyrus Thomas remains to be seen.

Have you ever been double teamed? I've seen lots of good h/s players struggle against such a D who have gone on to be really good college players.

Who knows how this kid will do at the next level, but one game reviews are useless. imo
