Are there any DVRS that will record Sling as well as Antenna? The one thing I am worried about is losing the ability to record some cable channels. Sling would be enough for me but we record stuff on HGTV etc.

Can't answer that, but I do know that KODI has apps that have streams of older episodes on HGTV.

you can get a tablo dvr to record the antenna. i set the in-laws up with one and they like it

You don't need to record stuff on a DVR. It's on the interwebz Broham.

The AirTV Player does this. It combines the streaming and OTA channels into a single guide.
It's not the most robust product in the world. I occasionally get dropouts a few seconds long, and have to reset the box on rarer occasions.

I am sure there are other options, but the one I know is Air TV. The little Air TV box is part of the 3 month bundle with sling, and the AirTV box organizes your local channels into a grid with your sling channels. Down side is you need an external hard drive to plug into the AirTV box to record locals. But as I said, there may be better solutions out there.
