Marceaux is committed to LSU so far I see Scioneaux not far behind. They actually have a strong sophomore/ junior class this year

I have seen a lot of HS games over the last 4 decades.... Blessed Trinity was as good a team if not better than I have ever seen.
We had a 6-1 lead then a 6-3 lead going to top 7... they exploded for 13 runs - 4 HR in the top 7.

West Ouachita was a joy to watch tonight. Such a disciplined team. They made every single play. Zero mistakes. They're not overwhelmingly good. They're just sound throughout. 3 hits for both teams but they beat WM 5-0.

Understandable, but I see Mire as a progressive coach who is the future in the state. There are some legends around like Cecchini, but that's just my opinion.

I know it has been banned in the softball post season tourney but I have not heard anything else.

It's true. At least that was the story Tuesday at WM game. Honestly, it takes away a lot from the atmosphere IMO. Something about teams down south playing explicit versions. So as with everything else in our world today, a few people do something wrong and they have to take it away from all of us.

I believe the LHSAA emailed out a recommendation of no walk up music. It would have to be in the handbook to be an official rule.

not just down south bro.... but yes
some schools not policing explicit music is one of the reason along with some complaints of delaying the game - which both are easy to fix...
yet I saw(not one I offciated) a FB game last year that had a DJ on the sidelines playing music with FACK the police in it....
i know quite a few folks are sending an awful lot of missives over to old hammond hwy about this..
attendance is at an all time low.......keep pushing.

one to officials usually follows later in the day after it goes to principals, coaches and ADs.

One team popped in my head when I heard the new rule. I don't know if it's exZACTly them or not. The way they carry themselves on the field, seemed the likely choice.
