We lost both those games primarily because we had key players injured that couldn't play.

We lost to Mississippi State by 30 fricking points, no player is worth a 30 point swing.

2017 - 306 yards
2016 - 125 yards
2015 - 182 yards
2014 - 249 yards
2013 - 287 yards

Now count how many times we made the redzone in each of those games.

I don't even understand the argument you're trying to make here. It doesn't matter who was here. Everything goes straight to the top.

Completely different situations.

It really isn't. Orgeron has been able to turn things around quicker than Kirby has because he was the interim last year and had an off-season here. Instead of turning it around at the start of 2018 (2017 in Kirby's case) he turned it around in the middle of 2017.

Hell, one of Alleva's reasons for hiring O was to bring in someone "familiar" and not have to do an all out rebuild. It's funny how people forget that when they make these arguments.

There was going to be a complete cultural change no matter how you sliced it. Alleva's main argument in favor of Coach O was his recruiting connections within the state that guys like Herman and Fleck didn't have. Alleva is smart despite what you guys think and knew that O would have growing pains this season. It's expected.

Yes and it got us a whopping 10 fricking points.

mean shite, how many times were we going to throw to Guice in the flats on first down?

Do you not understand the concept of personel limitations? There is nothing that anyone in the staff room can do to make Etling a competent QB.

No, but after the way the Troy game went, many of us were afraid of a much rougher outcome. I think we saw some steps in the right direction. I was frustrated with O playing scared at the end instead of slinging it, either with DE or MB. Seems like he played to keep the score from getting worse instead of winning.

We played well. The other team has good players and coaches too ya know. Those guys aren't bad. They want to win too. You can't win them all but you can play well in defeat.

BS. Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Auburn say hello. Go check out our record the last three years under Les. Some people will never let it go.

Yes, because we have a borderline Division I QB playing for us. If you didn't see a difference in our ability to open up running lanes and create mismatches in the secondary, then I don't know what to tell you. On at least five different plays, we had WRs running wide open. At least on three.of those plays, he was behind the safety. I doubt we've had thay happen three times in the last three years.

You let me know when college football stops counting wins and losses and then I'll start to see more gray.

You also forget Alabama blew away every other opponent so far this year, we only lost by 2 possessions, and we actually had an offense. We simply didn't have the offense to match theirs, but it showed that we actually have a chance with a competent offense for the following years.

As I said earlier... this wasn't even the closest SEC win for Alabama this year.

So that's false.

We played well. And that always has to be taken into consideration. If you judge a team's performance or set your expectations solely based off of wins and losses, we won't have much to talk about.

Welp, that's about the exact shite take I thought you'd have.

Carry on with your mouth breathing.
