After seeing photos of myself from 2012 and being in fantastic shape and seeing photos of myself from this past weekend and looking like a busted can of biscuits.... I am going to attempt this Whole30 thing. I read the book and have the cookbook. My issue is going to be overeating. My mind will tell my body “hey you are eating good/healthy stuff so let’s eat double the amount!”
Any tips or ideas on how to make it through? I work in the OR so trying to eat something every hour and drinking lots of water will be extremely difficult.
