Didn't Ford Request the additional Native's in season 1 for his final narrative and the writer who was complaining about it, said something to the effect of "it would be hard to keep the rest of the host on their correct narrative"? What if all of the natives that he requested were pulled at that point then even the "enlightened" one that saw the door was just a story-line, thus supporting the theory of everyone is a host except William (MIB). If that were the case then the world inside the cradle would just be a massive server and all the host are just data the the servers are computing to run the "loop" until William's data completed all the scenarios necessary for eternal life. The aging and events of everything that ties together are just data that instead of showing it in 1010110 format they are showing how it would have actually appeared if it was "real life". Bernard Killing all the host was a way to depict that the process is complete and all the host (data) was no longer necessary, the team that came to the island to "save" everyone actually depicted the information being "saved" to the hard drive instead of actually saving people. William could then be shown hooked to a machine as young William but similar to the movie inception, the time the computer took to "format" that information was only a few minutes in real life at the end of the last episode. Just a Theory.
