I'm in it still, almost sold it late monday which would have been smart....not sure what to do now. have 1200 @ 2.48

I knew Monday when I opened my watchlist and every single thing was green by a large margin; it was time to start selling off, but I didn't. Just got to get better at pulling the sell trigger.

Methinks the naysayer theory is proving to be correct. The value of the Canadian market opening up to weed was already built into the prices of these stocks. Sold my ACBFF too.

As Mr. Buffett always says, “sell on the good news.” Today is that day for weed stocks.

Right there with you but I'm at 1.99. I still find it hard to believe this stock won't get to $3 since that investment group dropped $45M @ $3 but this may be too much of a roller coaster for me to stay on once I get back to the green with it.

ETA: Actually, frick IT! Over the course of the next 20-30 years, what is a few thousand now? I'm not selling unless it gets to $10.

I'll be waiting for 4th quarter revenues before I decide to exit anything. That said, I probably should have taken NXTTF and CRON profits a few days back. Kicking myself on those as those were never long term for me.

While I'll agree it should have been obvious that there wouldn't be some magical run today because Canada legalized today, we knew this date a year ago; it doesn't really then point to a massive selloff.

I think the market overall being shitty last week, made this sell off bigger.

I'm not selling at these levels; I'd rather risk it and let it ride until we either get back up to where we were Monday or the first earnings estimates come out in November, and they are disappointing. The bottom will drop out in that case.

With the way they have surged and then dipped across the board, I will take my profits going forward. If it then dips again and I want back in, I'll buy back in. I will not let 40+% profits evaporate into losses in 2 days again....besides LVVV

Yeah, I really don't think any of these stocks should be looked at long term, with this kind of volatility. That is the main take away from the last 3 weeks for me. You have to take the profits when you can and pick clear price points you would be willing to buy back in for, The only one I'd buy and be comfortable not looking at again for a couple of months is CGC.

Yep, steadily sold out of everything I wasn’t planning on holding long term which is just CGC and Aurora.

What was the catalyst that made KGKG triple in the past couple weeks? Just hype, or did something significant happen?

MPXEF blew up today. I sold my 800 shares at .91 for like a 40% gain... great, that offsets a third of my nxttf play

I am not 100% on what caused it. I know in the last several weeks they hired a new VP of sales, reported the best 30 sales history of the company, new product release soon and incremental 3rd qtr profits. I am by no means an expert on any level. I happend across it one afternoon messing around and put it on my watch list. The more I read about it, I decided to purchase some shares. This is when it was around .01. I usually do not hang on to penny stocks very long and this one may turn out to burn me but I can not find much negativity about company. Some analyst are saying over it will be $5.00 in the next 12 months but you really can not put much weight into that.

Anybody have an opinion on TGIFF? Think I’m dipping into that one today.

They actually have CBD drinks on the market (Canna Hemp) and they own a cultivation facility in Nevada. Tiny company right now market cap of $90 million.

I bought some SIPC. It's a hemp beer that's about to go to market. It may be something or nothing. If anything, a pump and dump.

Gotta say what I like most about the weed stocks - even though many of them are pump and dump - is that they aren’t subject to market volatility.

Agreed. They behave almost completely independently from the overall market. I don’t know if any other market of this size that can say that...

Well that went about as expected.
Should we buy all the way down now?

After running into the 6s a week ago, LVVV dropped back to the low/mid 4s today. Buy the low ones while you can. Grabbed more this morning and transferring more money to buy some tomorrow. Marijuana sector is getting slaughtered today.

At this point I’m buying some shares to flip on these short runs. They tweeted Friday that uplisting is coming soon, and I suspect we’ll make another run into the 6s or 7s when that happens, then drop back again until we get the Paso Robles permit.
