Apple Watch Series 3 vs Series 4

Obviously I know the series 4 is better. But target is having a black friday sale where the series 3 is only going to be $200 opposed to the $400 of the series 4.
Is the series 4 worth an additional $200 or not?

I have series 3. Only complaint is battery life. Guess I was spoiled by Fitbit on that. Waterproof and awesome to listen to music on runs.

How long does the battery last you on a normal day?

I have a 4 and the battery goes from 100% to about 60% on a normal day.

I have the recharge it after some longer runs. After 14 miles and 2 hours of music it was down to 30%.

Nice I took a look at it. I agree with you that 100 extra is worth the price, but I’m talking about 200 difference. I could literally buy my wife and myself one for the price of 1 series 4. We are both healthy (knock on wood) so I don’t think we will be needing the ekg feature.
Even then I’m still not sure what to do. The updates in design are making me really question it.

I have the same thought process as you. I have heard that the 4 has a much better speaker system if you want to take a phone call which is really making me debate the 3 vs 4

Looks like Costco and maybe Target will have price breaks on the new 4. Costco is 385 right now and I'm hearing Target may have a deal Thursday afternoon.

Confirmed both Target and Macy's will have the Apple watch 3 for 199 next wed.

What price for the 3 with cellular? I’m guessing that $199 is not including cellular
