I've never understood the ultimate team stuff. EA is going to win either way. It has been so long since the last one that only us old asses remember what it was like

The younger generation will be hyped no matter what and will shell out the cash because its their first dive into it.

I get it. I hope it turns out great but this is EA being EA so far

Waited 12 years for the game to return, and the first thing they announce to us is shite for Ultimate Team. Lmao

I have never and will never play that shite.

I think the general idea of it all is good - take a fantasy team of today’s greats and the legends of the past and play through different challenges and competitions and such.

The execution of it is arse though. But it’s a feature that is present in a lot of games and it’s just not really my cup of tea. If the gameplay were better I’d probably engage more with it despite the meh execution but the meh gameplay doesn’t give me an incentive to try it.

I can understand the appeal of Ultimate Team in Madden since pro players are recognizable but I didn't play the last NCAA game and I heard it had a ultimate team mode, how did it Work?
