Has anyone here used Jerry Linebaugh from JLine Financial as a financial advisor?

If he sells product he is broker ( works for a broker dealer) and has a conflict of interest. Not that they are all bad but just understand how he is paid and the possible conflict. If he is a Registered Investment Advisor he is probably fee based. Just know the difference.
