Front desk "Retro phone" for soft phone set up

I need an old school phone that has a microphone jack and not the telephone cord RJ11.

I have a front desk I'd like to have a hard phone set up using a "soft phone" online phone service. I want someone that doesn't normally work the frond desk with a headset to be able to make or accept a call.
