I haven't seen any sense of urgency from Paul this entire season. Either he is oblivious and thinks that he is untouchable to be let go, or he plans on retiring after this season. Hopes it's the latter and not the former.

Probably from the major neck surgery he had in December that doesn’t seem to have helped
