Why are the free vacuums at Benny’s always crowded and full of people cleaning their car, yet the neighborhoods of the same people are full of trash, litter, and homes without the first sign of efforts to make them nice or show any curb appeal.
I have spent years trying to figure this out, but I can’t wrap my head around it. Truly bizarre.

there is no "out" in this scenario
its expanding, or moving away. But from what? Was there some type of catalyst where something sprang from nothing, and decided to grow infinitely?
