I actually just sold one a couple weeks ago. Facebook marketplace is a good idea to get prices on them, and you would be surprised at how much they are worth if in decent shape. NADA also has a valuation tool but it costs around $40.00 per report. I contacted a gentleman who buys, moves and then resells them. I would look into going that route instead of trying to deal with selling directly to the public. It will save you a big headache going that route. Tip for facebook marketplace is to search for modular home though to get the results you want. Mine was a 2013 14'x70' with 3 beds and 2 baths, I offered it to him for $30,000.00 and he ended up paying me $25,000.00 for it.
