As an Uptown resident for 10+ years, I will not be setting foot in an Orleans Parish restaurant for however long this nonsense goes on. The one exception is for places that won't enforce it. I'll seek them out and support them.

If restaurant owners feel the pinch, hopefully they will sack up and publicly push back on her. That is one of the only things that might be effective. Might.

I know this is anecdotal but we eat out pretty much every weekend we are in town. There are others like us.

Great post. This will only hurt OP restaurants. It will only help JP restaurants. OP residents might not go to JP in high volume but JP residents will frequent JP restaurants more instead of going to OP.
