90% Cacao bar-best use?

Anyone here have good idea on how to use a 90% cacao chocolate bar? Too bitter to eat straight up. Thanks

When I’m craving chocolate, I eat 95%. I don’t think 90% would be too bitter.

Otherwise, use it in chili.

Or can shave it (with a cheese grater or microplane/zester) to put on top of ice cream; one my personal favorite is using the chocolate shavings to top fresh whipped cream and macerated berries.
