I applied Celsius Xtra to my mainly St. Aug yard (a decent amount of common Bermuda has taken over a few places) last week. I am planning on hitting it again next week or the week after. My question is, should I hit it again with Celsius or use MSM Turf this time? I do have some nut sedge in a few places I would like to take care of, so that is why I am considering the MSM Turf. Not sure if that is a good idea or not though.

Both Celsius and MSM Turf are broadleaf herbicides, which are not effective against grassy weeds like sedges.

You must use Certainty, Sertay, or Sedgehammer, which is available in individual packets for $15-20.

Nutsedge is not a grassy weed, it is a sedge weed which I believe is it's own class.

Celsius is effective for a number of grassy weeds.

Celsius xtra has sedgehammer in it. MSM won’t touch a sedge.

Ah, ok. I thought it was the other way around. Thank you Ronk and the others for your input.
