Sounds like he understands and accepts the pressure thats been put on him and trying to improve his game. Hopefully he learns some leadership skills while he's there too.

I hope they can help him speed-up his delivery and tighten his throwing motion. That long, slingshot style is for the birds.

Per Manning Passing Academy website:
"Eligibility
In accordance with NCAA rules on prospective student athletes, all boys must be between the grades 8-12. That is, a prospective camper must be entering the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade the fall immediately following the MPA session. High school graduates are prohibited to attend the MPA (per NCAA rules)."

I think he's in a 'counselor' type position. Numerous college QBs attend the camp.
