Just refinanced from 4.125% 30 year to 3.125% 15 year. It feels good.

4.4%, I pulled the trigger in April 2017 when rates were rising and projected to continue, then they dipped for a few months and I was pissed.

My first mortgage was at 6% in ‘07, so I ain’t mad at it

4.75 but will probably refinance soon with rates being so low and possibly going even lower.

I got a 4.125, but if rates keep falling, I plan on refinancing and dropping my PMI. I expect they go a little lower in the short term.

Currently going through a refinance. Locked in on 2.875% on a 7/1 ARM about 3, maybe 4 weeks ago which we will have the cash in hand to pay off on month 85.
Should go through next week.

just got a 3.25 on a 30 year and was able to remove PMI. Mortgage broker is a friend of mine and asked if she could have a friend price out the insurance and saved me another $300 annually. Dropped my note about $350 a month.

0.0% currently.

Will have a mortgage this time next year. Expecting to go 15 year and hope to be around 3%.
