1-17 with RISP for Altuve. An absolute choke artist with the pressure of trying to drive in runs

Was just typing up a post about how JV finding himself in pitch count trouble after those 2 walks to start the inning then he records 3 outs in the next 2 pitches

A classic JV Astros outing is upon us. Lights out on the mound only allowing a solo HR followed by no run support from our bats

Not sure I'd call him lights out. His command his been crap tonight.

He’s definitely struggled but has escaped his jams. Statistically, lights out I guess

Angel’s missed about 6 with every stitch in the zone for JV so far

Freaking two out walk to the nine hole.

Kwan is a menace I’d love to have one of those on my team. Very nice player

2 runs will probably do it for Cleveland with our offense having another one of those nights where everyone disappears

Don’t worry though we have Arrighetti going tomorrow for the rubber match!

I don’t think we’ve forced Cleveland to throw more than 12 pitches in an inning this game

Verlander is used to not getting run support to be fair. this is business as usual.

Horrific control for JV on his curveball and changeup but was still pretty good tonight. That walk to Rocchio may keep him up an extra few winks tonight

Loperfido only has to be better than Abreu I guess. But that guy is gonna pile up strikeouts.
