I’d take him. He’s a pretty mover.

He looked great off that long layoff. I was really hoping the Pletcher horse was going to be able to hang around for a piece.

Made it look easy. I know the old owners of Masqueparade. Disappointed with his effort

But he has a pretty face.

I saw swift allude to the only horse he heard anything scratch worthy about was honor marie, and said Beckmann made mention in a drf article. I can’t seem to find that article. Anybody know what he’s talking about?

I feel like this one is between catching freedom and honor marie. fierceness also looks like a contender.

Hearing more honor marie scratching stuff

UGHHHHHHHHH

May end up being a vet scratch bc he walks funny. I wish they’d give them a chance to scan/x-ray if they don’t move perfect.

Hell, Vekoma had one of the ugliest movements I can remember seeing and he was fine.

Trainer says rumors are false. He’s staying in.

Did Vekoma run at CD? Funny story from this morning at CD. Oaks and Derby horses go out to jog or whatever for photos at 730. So I'm at the 5/8 pole which is basically the gap on the backside. The fellas who own Sierra Leone were next to me, and trainer Tom Amoss was 5 feet away on the other side. He kept telling whomever he was talking to that Sierra Leone looked off, and had a funny stride ,blah blah blah. One of the owners politely asked Amoss, "Hey Mr Tom Amoss, where's your Derby horse?" True story

You see that meatball Ivarone in the paddock earlier today? How about that turf course? Proceed with the countdown. It's likely going to shut down after Saturday

I hope some moisture tomorrow helps.

I did not see the dumbass. I’ll have to find pictures of this

I can’t believe he is still in the game.

Any word on when KnightsBridge will run next?

I was hoping to see him on the undercard Saturday.

Track vets are watching Fierceness closely this morning and probably wanting to scratch because of his feet. Don't think the state vet has the stones to do it to Repole and Pletcher once again. Stay tuned

Repole put out a tweet a couple of weeks ago basically calling out CD and their decision not to let Baffert run. I've said it a million times, CD doesn't like to be poked, and they protect it's brand and integrity. The company has so much power it's unreal. We will find out in the next 90 mins, because that's the scratch cut off time for tomorrow.

Well this race becomes an absolute crapshoot without him.

I really hope he races. That would suck to have the favorite out two years in a row.
