So a clear punch to the head that causes bleeding is two minutes, but a stick to the face that draws blood is four, and a player flopping like he got hit in the head is two.
One of the worst ref crews I've seen in the NHL. And quit going to their rules analyst, I don't think he's once said the refs got the call wrong this entire postseason

If they review a major penalty, can it only be 5 or 2? If so, stop automatically calling them 5-minuters just so you can review, grow a pair and make the call as you see it
