when does this take place? Hopefully not in the New Republic timeline. Nothing matters there anymore.

Looks to be all Clone Wars/Early Empire era.

I’ve only watched the first episode, but I liked it. Filoni is the creator of it.

Doesn't matter anymore. Palpatine won.

Second episode definitely has some Rebels connections.

Warched all 6 this morning. It was bad arse, Lyn was bad arse, definitely a "Saving Game" meme material when she slaughtered that town.

Nice redemption story for Barris. Sounds like she also reconciled with Ahsoka at some point, as that is presumably where she was sending that couple and their child.

I'm glad they didn't make Barris the Inquisitor played by Sarah Michelle Gellar in Rebels.

You mean Mandalorian. Morgan Elsbeth was introduced in season 2.

I’m well aware of that, but there were also Rebels connections.

- The advanced TIE fighter she is giving the presentation about shows up in Rebels.
- Thrawn obviously was in Rebels.
- She fought Rook, who is from Rebels.

Thrawn, Rukh, and Pelleon predate Rebels by almost 20 years.

Okay. Were they in Rebels or not?

Yes, they were. Therefore, there is a connection between this animated Star Wars show and another animated Star Wars show (Rebels).

I’m not really sure what you’re trying to argue here. If these things are in both shows, then there is a connection between those shows. Obviously, Morgan Elsbeth is also a connection to The Mandalorian.

First three episodes are about the night sister from the Ashoka show. Each episode is at a different point in her life and it tells the story of how she got to where we the audience first saw her in Ashoka.

Last three episodes are about Barriss Offee's story after her arrest during the Clone Wars TV show.

ETA: Show was pretty decent. Sort of like a 6 episode Clone Wars mini-series.

Thrawn was a central character in both Rebels and the Ahsoka live action show.
