Bauhaus reunited to play the Coachella Festival, opening their set with ‘Bela Lugosi's Dead.’ Where Peter Murphy performed hanging upside down like a bat.
The concert marked the first time that the band had played together since 1998,

I had tickets to see them for the first time 2 years ago & they cancelled the entire tour due to Peter Murphy's illness or rehab, probably both. I'm still upset about that.

I like Bauhaus alright enough, but they never had the staying power for me as for others. Really it seems BLD is the one song most anyone knows of them anyway.
Personally I think Love & Rockets > Tones on Tail >>>>> Peter Murphy solo > Bauhaus. Ash, J and Haskins were the true musical force while Murphy brought a cool voice and melody. Once they split is when their best music all came out. L&R is one of the best bands to come out of the 80s/90s and is often overlooked. They are up there with The Cure, and Jesus and Mary Chain for me.
