Kubiak seems really fun at parties.
Cliff notes: He wants to be efficient running the ball and thinks Derek Carr is very smart and highly accurate. Excited to work with Taysom.
After seeing this interview and getting a taste of his personality idk if he would fit the HC framework after DA gets fired.

Must be showing something in practice. Last season on passes to backs he never hit them where they didn't have to break stride and he would throw hospital balls down field a lot.

Good point. But I bet Bill is a better motivator than Kubiak on the field. We shall see. I kind of picture him more like Pete Carmichael.
